At Highland Skincare, all products are prepared and packed with care from the Scottish Highlands.
1. Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
During busy periods, launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. UK Shipping
We ship throughout the United Kingdom using tracked postal services.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Highland Skincare is not responsible for postal delays once an order has been handed to the courier.
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination.
International delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing. Typical timeframes range from 5–14 working days, but delays may occur.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in your order total.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees and returned to us, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
4. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Highland Skincare is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage fees will apply for redelivery.
5. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at:

Claims for lost parcels must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
6. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. Risk & Responsibility
Responsibility for your order passes to you upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
